LABOUR SELECTION PROCEDURES
In order to fulfill the vacancies according
to the demands, The River Overseas Pvt. Ltd. advertises the vacancies
in renowned newspaper for applications and accepts the applications
on the basis of the following criteria:
a. REVIEW OF BlO-DATA
b. FINANCIAL POSITION
c. PHYSICAL FITNESS
d. WRITTEN AND ORAL TEST
e. PRACTICAL TEST OF RELEVANT SKILL (TRADE TEST)
ESSENTIAL DOCUMENTS TO BE SENT BY THE HOST COMPANIES:
* Power of Attorney
* Demand Letter
* Agreement Paper Between Company and
Worker
* Recruitment Procedures
The Overseas employers must send the following documents
to the licensed recruiting agent in Nepal who will apply to the
Directors General, Department of Labour for permission to recruit
manpower through advertisements in the newspapers.
* A DEMAND LETTER LISTING CATEGORIES AND
NUMBERS REQUIRED.
* POWER OF ATTORNEY AUTHORIZING THE AGENT TO ACT ON THEIR BEHALF.
* SPECIMEN COPY OF EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT, SHOWING WAGES AND OTHER
BENEFITS INCLUDING FOOD, ACCOMODATION, TRANSPORTATION, MEDICAL FACILITIES
etc.
* COPY VISA ADVICE / ENTRY PERMIT etc.
