Box 21223, Basundhara, Kathmandu, Nepal, Licenced by HMG of Labour Ministry No. 406-060-61, to be our true and lawful attorneys and agents in Nepal in respect of handling all the affairs concerning recruitment, entering into contracts with selected employees, completion of emigration formalities including deposit of Security, Registration Fees etc., with the Protector of Emigrants, Government of Nepal and sign all necessary documents required by the said offices in connection with the recruitment of persons for service with the said company and to arrange for their Passports, Passages etc.

We also authorize our agent to negotiate with the ministry of Labour in case where the ministry considers the salaries offered to be lower than the minimum permitted.
